Roberta is the founder of Glio Support Association Inc and GBM Never Alone Corp, established in memory of her husband, Peter D Ruge in an effort to aid and assist Glioblastoma patients, families and caregivers.

Million Lights
Glio Support Association Inc is so proud of our signature platform for service to the community. Million Lights is a community support program that begins from the time of diagnosis and continues to the time palliative care or Hospice begins. Our efforts provide assistance in the daily needs a family encounters as they begin the GBM caregiving journey. Through your support we provide emergency nutritional support, meal preparations and housekeeping services during crisis times, including in home assistance with the patient . Almost everything changes during the journey from diagnosis to palliative care in the daily routine of caring for your loved one.

We are awaiting approval for our Tax Exempt Status. While your donations are not tax deductible until we receive approval from IRS and the State of Florida, you can be assured that your support allows us to provide training and support for families and caregivers, seminars and workshops to assist the families and those affected with the changes this illness brings and healing therapy for anyone who desires to participate. We especially work to promote volunteers for Hope Hospice to provide much needed respites for the families and caregivers of Glioblastoma patients.
